Privacy policy
In short. We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run the client portal for existing clients of the partners, use it only for that, never sell it, and delete it when the law no longer requires us to keep it.
Who we are
Astra Wealthcraft Research (being formed), a partnership firm, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we"). We are the data fiduciary for personal data you share with us through this website. Contact: hello@astrawealthcraft.in.
What we collect, and why

Consent
We process personal data with your consent, given when you write to us or sign in to the portal. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; we will stop processing except where the law requires us to keep records.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our email, website, forms and sign-in under confidentiality terms, and where the law requires it. We do not share it with Astra Wealthcraft Advisory LLP unless you ask us to.
Storage and security
Data is stored in access-controlled business accounts with two-factor authentication. We never ask for net-banking, trading or portal passwords. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within twelve months. Other records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to hello@astrawealthcraft.in; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. The client portal uses the cookies its sign-in service needs to keep you signed in.
